• Blue Hole Regional Park

    In 2005, the City of Wimberley embarked on a mission to save the Blue Hole from the threat of residential development. After an unprecedented fundraising effort, the land was purchased by the City for use as a community park. The City of Wimberley has since developed the 126-acre park for the enjoyment of residents, visitors, and future generations. It includes much needed recreational facilities for our growing community and showcases a true gem in the Texas Hill Country. The park includes approximately 4.5 miles of trails, picnic areas, a community pavilion, playscape, basketball court, sand volleyball court, amphitheater, and the Blue Hole Swimming Area.


    Red Corral Ranch

    The Red Corral Ranch is a hidden gem in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. The elegant ranch features a variety of indoor and outdoor ceremony sites nestled in 1100 acres of rolling hills, grand oaks, and spectacular wildflowers. Designed to be the ultimate in casually elegant destination weddings, the ranch can accommodate up to 200 people for the main event as well as offering overnight accommodations for up to 33 guests.

    Wimberley Zipline Adventures

    Prepare for highflying fun as you harness up and glide through the air on this thrilling, action packed zipline adventure. Experience a rush as you soar over canyons and creeks with breathtaking 10-mile views of the Wimberley Valley. Your adventure will begin with trained guides leading you on an educational walking tour. You’ll learn about the local ecosystem of plants and wildlife, local history, and other interesting Wimberley area facts.


    Bootiful Wimberley

    Bootiful Wimberly is project od the Wimberly Arts and Cultural Alliance (WVACA) which launched this town-wide intiative in 2014 as a way to highlight the arts in Wimberly and enchance cultural tourism. Business sponsors and local artists jumped to embrace this project.

    EmilyAnn Theatre & Gardens

    See a show under the stars on our Main Stage Theatre. Stroll through our gardens. Play on the life-sized chess/checker board or in the Musical Garden. Have a picnic or visit the hilltop Veterans Memorial Plaza. We offer productions, classes, camps, and events year round and our grounds are open daily from dawn to dusk. Admission to grounds is free. Tickets are available for purchase for performances.


    Horseback Adventures of Central Texas

    Instructor, Trainer, Equestrian Ride along the shores of Canyon Lake or explore the trails at the ranch in Wimberley, Tx. The ride at Canyon Lake includes riding to the local Marina for food & drinks or stop & have a picnic along the way. The Lake Ride is subject to last between 3-4hrs.

    The Wimberley Players seek to bring quality live theatre and entertainment to the Central Texas area through performances and events.


    Wimberley Electric Bike Rentals

    Visit iconic sites safely in the Wimberley Valley by electric bikes. Spend the day visiting Old Baldy, Cypress Falls (swimming) Jacobs Well, Blue Hole Park and shopping downtown Wimberley. $75 per bike for the whole day
